For clients who have simpler properties intended to generate an income, we use our experience to ensure they present a more compelling proposition for prospective tenants or buyers. Our team will bring them up to the appropriate standard, working with clients to balance spend against likely return, to enhance chances of a ‘heart buy’ bid and to minimise any obstacles that might stand in the way of a deal.
Works will range from replacing or overhauling kitchens and bathrooms, to simply painting and decorating, to furnishing and dressing properties. It may also involve helping meet requirements in terms of certification for eg: gas and electricity.
