Interior Design
Thoughtful, well-planned interior design fits neatly with the architecture and project management of houses and it significantly enhances the final result. We work with a combination of in-house and independent interior designers and specialists. Sometimes, our professional interior design work is focused on the reception areas, kitchen and principal bedroom suite; usually it’s the whole house. As in all aspects of our work, rather than imposing a house style, we work to establish our clients' specific style and practical considerations at the outset and keep these front and centre as we develop and deliver the design.
Clients can be involved as much or as little as they like in the selection of fixtures, fittings, furnishing and fabrics and very often the process will involve tailored trips to lighting and fabric suppliers to make sure that the client's house feels absolutely their own once it is finished. This is a service which, to a large extent, pays for itself due to the extensive range of trade rates have negotiated over the years.
